Ealing Adult Learning service continues to deliver courses through its online offer. We will deliver lessons and support learners through the use of Google Education suite, Zoom, Skype and other digital platforms.
Our 2021-2022 Prospectus is now available, however there will be major changes to the way we can provide these courses in the Autumn Term.
For the moment, all our courses will be delivered online, however, we are making very careful plans to ensure that we will be ready for classroom delivery as soon as we can. The safety of staff and learners is our top priority and we will continue to follow Government and Public Health England advice on social distancing.
Covid Response Courses - We have planned a wide range of FREE courses with a focus on supporting learners back into employment, re-skilling and promoting health and wellbeing. If you have been directly impacted by Covid 19, e.g. furloughed, made redundant, at risk of redundancy or redeployment, please type FREE in the search button to view our list of courses.
To participate in online classes you will need an email address, a reliable internet connection, a computer/laptop/tablet/mobile phone with fully updated browser (preferably Google Chrome). Your device will need a microphone and preferably a camera.

Communication in customer service L1
This unit is aimed at learners who want to gain knowledge of communication skills and develop different methods of communication when interacting with customers. This unit must be assessed in line with the Skills CFA Assessment Strategy.
