I then started Kundalini Yoga which I absolutely embraced as I loved the way it made me feel, I suffered In my younger years from anxiety, stress and depression and this yoga helped me to overcome my battles. I now carry out regular daily practices of Kundalini and hatha yoga. In 2019 I travelled and went to Bali and completed my yoga teacher training, I then went on to complete Face Yoga teacher training and Gravity yoga teacher training. Mindfulness is embedded into all aspects of the yoga teacher training that I have completed.
