Description

This course prepares you for working as a community interpreter. You will learn communication skills, interpreting techniques and professional standards. This will help you progress into further training or work in this field.  

Aim
This course prepares learners for a future role in community interpreting by developing the key skills, knowledge, and understanding needed.

Suitability and entry requirements
Suitable for learners with good English speaking and listening skills (Entry 3 or above) and fluency in another language. An initial assessment may be required.
