This course will focus on MS Office skills needed to run a business or take on a management couse at work. In Word, you will learn how to structure formal documents with table of contents and footnotes and how to manage mail and collaborative editing with track changes. In Excel, we will cover calculations, including functions and how to use pivot tables and to create charts. In PowerPoint we will cover managing multiple master slides, embedding graphics, images and video and the effective presentation of data through the right choice of chart. In Outlook we look fat the use of rules for managing inboxes, setting signatures, managing contacts i the context of GDPR and the use of the calendar for setting-up meetings. We will also cover the effective use of the Cloud for sharing data safely across devices with colleagues and partners. We will also cover working on mobile platforms and using alternative free software packages.
